From the left-hand side navigation panel, locate and click on the HR Manager menu.
A list of related options will appear below it. From this list, select the Leave Balance of All Users sub-menu.
This action will take you to a new interface where you can view the leave balance details of all users.
The interface displays an organized list of employees along with their corresponding leave types and available balances.
Step 2: Export the Leave Balances Data
To export the leave balance of all users, click on the Export button located at the top-right corner of the interface.
To begin the export process, simply click this button.
The file will download in CSV format. The exported file will include all employee leave balances.
