Step 1: Access the Accrued Leave Balance Section
From the navigation panel on the left side, click on the HR Manager menu. A list will appear with multiple options.
From this list, select the Leave Balance of All Users sub-menu. Once you click this option, the system will open a new interface displaying the leave balances for all users.
Click on the Accrued Leave Balance button located on the top page. The system will now open a new section where accrued leave entries can be managed.
Step 2: Import the Accrued Leave Data File
In the newly opened Accrued Leave Balance interface, locate and click the Import button positioned at the top of the screen.
Once clicked, a pop-up window will appear prompting you to upload your accrued leave data file.
Before uploading, make sure your file is correctly prepared according to the required format.
The document should contain important fields such as Leave Type, Opening Balance, Accrued Leave, Manually Accrued, Carry Forwarded, and any other necessary data fields as per your organization’s leave policy.
