1. Adding a New Salary Structure
Go to the HR Manager menu on the left side of the panel and click on the Salary Structures sub-menu.
At the top right of the page, click on the Add (+) button to start creating a new salary structure. A new page will load where you can enter the details of the salary structure.
Enter the Structure Name, Yearly CTC, and Yearly Gross fields. The system will automatically calculate the Monthly CTC, Monthly Gross, Calculated Yearly CTC, and Calculated Yearly Gross based on the values entered.
Configure the components under Earnings and Deductions by selecting a head from the drop-down menu, entering the formula or amount, and adjusting the provided options.
In the Earnings section, you can define whether the component is variable using a checkbox, mark it as non-taxable by selecting "Yes" or "No," and choose if it should appear in the payslip with options like "Yes," "No," or "Show if applicable." Additionally, you can specify if the calculation should be based on attendance.
Use the "+" button to add new rows in the Earnings or the bin icon in the row to remove existing rows as needed.
For Deductions, define the formula and amount, and determine visibility in the payslip. Also, select that the calculation should be based on attendance by selecting the relevant option from the drop-down menu.

2. Copying a Salary Structure
In the Salary Structure page, locate the salary structure you want to copy.
Click the checkboxes next to the desired salary structure and then click on the clipboard button located at the top-right to copy it.
3. Deleting a Salary Structure
Locate the salary structure you want to delete.
On the left side of each salary structure entry, there is a checkbox. Select the checkbox next to the structure you wish to delete.
For multiple deletions, you can select multiple checkboxes at once. After selecting the structures, click on the Delete icon at the top right of the page.
A confirmation message will appear.
4. Exporting Salary Structures
Look for the Export button located at the top right corner of the screen. Click on this button to initiate the export process.
The system will generate a file containing all salary structures and download it to your device.
5. Editing an Existing Salary Structure
Locate the salary structure you wish to edit. On the right side of the salary structure entry, click on the Pen icon.
A new page will load with the current details of the selected salary structure. You can modify fields such as Structure Name, Yearly CTC, Yearly Gross, Monthly CTC, Monthly Gross, Total Earnings, Total Deductions, and any other relevant information.
After making the necessary changes, click on Save to update the salary structure or Cancel to discard the changes.
6. Searching for a Salary Structure
At the top of the Salary Structures page, you will find a Search bar.
Click on this search field to enter keywords related to the salary structure you are looking for, such as the Name or any relevant Identifier. Press Search to filter the page view, or else click Reset to get back to the default page view.
