It is essential for resolving leave-related queries, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining transparency. By providing instant access to leave data, it streamlines communication and helps HR manage employee expectations effectively.
Viewing leave balances of all users
To view the entire list of the leave balances, simply navigate to Leave Balance of All Users from the HR Manager menu at the left side of the panel.
This page displays the leave balances for all employees in one comprehensive view as shown below.
Searching for specific leave balances
To search for a specific leave balance displayed on the Leave Balance of All Users page, navigate to the extreme top-right corner of the page.
There you will find a funnel icon that represents the filter or search options. Click on this icon to access various filters, allowing you to refine the displayed data.
After selecting your desired filters, click the Search button to update the table with the filtered results.
To reset the filters and view all leave balances again, simply click the Reset button.
