Editing an employee's leave balance in uKnowva HRMS

This action enables HR and admins to manually adjust an employee’s leave balance when necessary, such as for corrections, policy updates, or special cases. 

It ensures the leave data remains accurate and up-to-date, which is vital for maintaining trust and compliance. This feature provides flexibility to address unique situations while keeping records consistent.

To edit an employee's leave balance, locate the employee whose leave balance you wish to modify on the Leave Balance of All Users page and click the Pen icon next to their name under the Action column.

A new window will open, allowing you to adjust the leave days for various leave types such as Casual Leave, Sick Leave, and Privilege Leave. 

After making the necessary changes, click Save to update the leave balance. If you wish to cancel the changes, click Cancel to discard any modifications.
