This feature provides a comprehensive summary or overview of the appraisal progress, completion, or current status of each employee within the system. It facilitates easy monitoring and management of appraisal processes and allows administrators to track individual and collective performance evaluations across the organization.
Steps to Check Appraisal Status for All Users
Step 1: Go to the left-hand side menu, select My Performance, and click on Roll Out Appraisals. This will display a list of all users with their appraisal statuses and related information.
Step 2: If you need to initiate appraisals for one or more users, select the relevant users from the list and click Roll Out. This action will update the appraisal status for the chosen employees.
Step 3: To explore available appraisal types, click on Appraisal Types
Step 4: To choose an existing appraisal type, click on the check mark icon (✔) next to the type.
Note: Alternatively, to create a new appraisal type, click on the "+" button and enter the details.
Step 5: Once an appraisal type is selected, the module will display relevant data, giving you insights into the appraisal metrics for the selected users.
