In the uKnowva PMS, employees can assess their own performance across KRAs, competencies, and a self-appraisal questionnaire in the "Rate Myself" module. This feature empowers employees to reflect on their strengths, areas for improvement, and overall performance, fostering a culture of self-awareness and accountability within the organization.
Steps to Rate Yourself in the Performance Module
Step 1: Go to the left-hand side menu, select My Performance, and click on Rate Myself.
Step 2: Select the Rating Period On the Rate Myself page, click on Rating Period to select the appraisal duration you are reviewing.
Step 3: Add your Rating for each criterion and provide Remarks where necessary.
Based on your input, an Employee Average Rating will be calculated and displayed at the bottom of the page, giving you an overview of your self-evaluation.
Step 4: In the Self-Appraisal Questionnaire section, you can provide a Review for Manager, specify any Training Requirements, and attach relevant Documents to support your achievements.
Step 5: After completing the Self-Appraisal Questionnaire, click the Submit button to finalize your self-rating. Once submitted, your superiors will be notified of your self-assessment.
