Step 1: Go to the left-hand-side menu -> My performance -> Rate My Team

Step 2: Click on "Rate Now" to rate the employee.

Step 3: The Reporting Manager can view the employee ratings and remarks, and can also submit their own ratings in the "Manager Rating" section and provide remarks in the "Manager Remarks" section for KRAs and Competencies.

The reporting manager will fill in the details under "Appraiser/RM Recommendations."

After submission, the status of the employee changes to "Manager Rated."

The employee will receive a notification once the Reporting Manager has finished rating them.
