In uKnowva’s performance module, the Reporting Manager can rate their team members based on set KRAs (Key Result Areas) and competencies. Follow these steps to provide ratings and feedback effectively:
Step 1: Go to the left-hand-side menu and select My Performance. Then, click on Rate My Team to open the team rating interface.
Step 2: In the Rate My Team section, you’ll see a list of employees. Click on Rate Now next to the employee you want to rate.
Step 3: The Reporting Manager can view the employee ratings and remarks, and can also submit their own ratings in the "Manager Rating" section and provide remarks in the "Manager Remarks" section for KRAs and Competencies.
Step 4: Fill out the Appraiser/RM Recommendations fields. This section allows you to add recommendations or further remarks as the Reporting Manager
After you complete and submit all the fields, the employee’s status will change to "ManagerRated"
The employee will receive a notification once the Reporting Manager has finished rating them.
