To begin editing a team member’s timesheet, navigate to the Timesheet menu from the side navigation panel and click on the Edit Timesheet sub-menu.

This opens a dedicated interface where managers can search for and update timesheet records for individual employees.

Step 2: Searching for the Employee’s Timesheet

Once inside the Edit Timesheet interface, select the employee whose timesheet needs modification.

Choose the year and month for the timesheet entry, followed by the specific week (such as the first, second, or third week).

After selecting these details, click on the Search button to retrieve the employee’s timesheet records. If you need to clear your selections and start over, click on the Reset button.

Step 3: Entering and Editing Timesheet Details

After retrieving the timesheet, a table will appear where work hour details can be entered. Before logging hours, it is necessary to select the corresponding project and client from the drop-down list.
