Introduction
Managing employees during their probation period is a critical responsibility for HR teams, as it directly impacts workforce quality and long-term organisational success.
The Probation to Confirmation page in uKnowva HRMS is designed to help HR professionals and managers track employee progress, initiate assessments, and make informed confirmation decisions with ease.
In this article, you will learn how to access the Probation to Confirmation page, view employee details, search for employees using keywords, and apply advanced filters to streamline probation management.
Step 1: Access the Probation to Confirmation Page
To begin, log in to your uKnowva HRMS instance and navigate to the side navigation panel.
From here, click on the Probation Assessment menu to view its related options. Next, select the Probation to Confirmation sub-menu.

This action opens the main interface where all employees currently in their probation period are displayed in a structured list.
This page serves as the central workspace for monitoring and managing probation evaluations.
Step 2: View Employee Details on the Probation Page
Once the Probation to Confirmation page loads, you will see a list of employees who are undergoing probation and whose confirmation date is near.
Each record provides essential information that helps HR teams assess the current status of an employee.
The list displays the employee’s name and username, along with an Action column that shows different icons based on the stage of probation.
For employees whose probation involves multiple approval levels, an eye icon appears to allow viewing the approval status of different levels.
A checkmark icon appears for initiating the probation assessment, while a reevaluate option is shown for reassessment cases.

The page also displays the Employment Status, such as Probation, and the Probation Status, which indicates whether the process has not yet started or is at a specific approval level.
The Confirmation Date column helps HR managers track when the employee is expected to be confirmed.

This overview allows you to monitor employee progress at a glance and take timely action.
Step 3: Search for Specific Employees on the Probation Page
To quickly locate a specific employee, use the Search bar available at the top of the page. You can enter keywords such as the employee’s name or username.
For example, if you type “Curry Mielnik” into the search bar and click on the Search button, the list immediately updates to show only Curry Mielnik’s record.

This makes it easier to focus on a single employee without scrolling through the entire list.

If you want to return to the original, unfiltered list, simply click on the Reset button.
This search functionality significantly improves productivity, especially when managing a large number of employees.
Step 4: Apply Filters for Advanced Search
In addition to basic search, uKnowva HRMS offers advanced filtering options to help refine your results further.
Next to the search bar, you will find a drop-down field where you can select the Probation Status. Options include Not Initiated, All, Probation Confirmation – Level 1 Approved, and Probation Confirmation – Level 1 Reject, etc.

Selecting a specific status allows you to focus on employees at a particular stage in the confirmation process.
For even more refined searches, click on the More Filters button.

This opens additional filtering options where you can select criteria such as Employment Status to narrow down the list further.

After selecting the desired filters, click on the Search button to display only the relevant employee records.
These filters are especially useful when analysing probation data across departments, time frames, or approval stages.
If you want to clear all applied filters and return to the default view, click on the Reset button.
Conclusion
That’s it!
You’ve now successfully learned how to view employee records, search for specific employees, and apply advanced filters on the Probation to Confirmation page in uKnowva.
By following this process, you ensure that probation tracking and decision-making remain organised, efficient, and accurate.
