After locating the employee whose probation period you want to evaluate, move to the Action column in the same row. Click on the check button to initiate the probation confirmation process.

This action opens the Probation Assessment interface, where you can review employee details and complete the performance evaluation.
This step ensures that only authorised users can initiate and complete probation confirmations.
Step 3: Review Employee Details and Performance Criteria
When the Probation Assessment interface opens, it displays all relevant employee details, including the employee’s name, email address, reporting manager, and designation.
This helps you verify that you are evaluating the correct employee.

Below this section, you will find the Performance Rating table, which provides a predefined scoring system with clear descriptions ranging from “Does not meet expectations” to “Far exceeds expectations.”
This standardised rating scale ensures consistency and fairness across all probation evaluations.

The interface also includes an Attributes section where you can assess key performance areas.
These attributes help you evaluate the employee holistically rather than relying on a single metric.

Step 4: Complete and Submit the Probation Assessment
To complete the assessment, select an appropriate score for each attribute using the drop-down menu provided.

You can now decide whether to extend the employee’s probation period or confirm the employee.
Once you have evaluated all attributes and verified the information, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Submit button.
