The Leaderboard in uKnowva’s Data-Driven PMS is a powerful feature that allows organisations to view and compare employee performance in a structured and transparent way.

Step 1: Accessing the Leaderboard Page
To begin, navigate to the left side navigation panel in your uKnowva HRMS account. From there, click on the Data Driven PMS Systems menu.
A list of sub-menus will appear, and you need to select the Leaderboard sub-menu.

Once you click it, the Leaderboard page will open, displaying the list of employees along with their performance-related information.
Step 2: Exploring the Leaderboard
On the Leaderboard page, you will find employees listed under several columns, including Name, Manager, Designation, Overall Score, Rating, and Scorecard.
These columns provide you with a quick overview of each employee’s standing in the performance evaluation process.

If you want to view the score of a specific employee, use the search bar at the top of the page.
Enter the relevant keywords, such as the employee’s name or designation, and click on the search button.

The list will update and display only the employees that match your criteria.
To clear the search and return to the full list, click the reset button.
Step 3: Applying Filters
To refine your search even further, click on the More Filters button located above the list.

This opens up additional filtering options such as Team Members, Designation, Department, and more.
Once you set the desired filters, click the search button to apply them. If you wish to remove the filters, simply click on the reset button again.

Next to the search bar, you will also notice a drop-down list.
This allows you to select the specific data-driven appraisal cycle you wish to review.

After selecting the cycle, click the search button, and the leaderboard will update accordingly.
Step 4: Viewing Employee Scorecards
To view detailed performance insights of an employee, locate their name in the list and click on the eye icon under the Scorecard column.

This action will open a new page showing the employee’s scorecard in detail, including circular progress bars and other relevant evaluation data.

This provides a comprehensive breakdown of the employee’s performance in the selected appraisal cycle.
Step 5: Exporting the Leaderboard Data
If you want to save or share the leaderboard data, click on the Export button located above the list in the top-right corner.

This will download the leaderboard data in a structured format, allowing you to analyse or present it outside the system for discussions, reports, or record-keeping.
