Step 2: Importing KRA Templates

If you want to upload new KRA templates into the system, click on the Import button present above the templates list.

When you click it, a pop-up window will appear. In this window, you will first find the option to download a sample template file.

It is important to download and use this file so that you maintain the correct format required by the system.

After updating the file with your KRA details, return to the same pop-up window and click on the Browse option to select your file from your computer.
