Step 1: Navigate to the OKR Appraisal Cycles Page
Before you begin deleting OKR Appraisal Cycles in uKnowva HRMS, make sure the OKR extension is already installed and properly configured in your system.

Once the page loads, it will present a list of existing appraisal cycles displayed under several headers, including Title, Action, Description, Valid From, Valid To, Financial Year, and Published.
This interface allows you to view, manage, and modify all active and inactive OKR appraisal cycles in your system.
Step 2: Delete Individual or Multiple Appraisal Cycles
Once you have accessed the OKR Appraisal Cycles page, you can proceed to delete records in one of two ways, depending on your need.
If you want to delete multiple cycles at once, start by selecting the checkboxes on the left side of each appraisal cycle title that you wish to remove.
After making your selection, click on the bin icon located at the top of the list.
As soon as you do this, an alert will appear asking for confirmation. Confirm the action to permanently delete the selected appraisal cycles from the system.
On the other hand, if you need to delete a single cycle, scroll through the list to locate the specific record or use the search bar at the top of the page to find it quickly.
Once you identify the cycle, look under the Action column, where you’ll see a bin icon.
Click on that icon, and just like the bulk delete method, an alert will appear prompting you to confirm your decision.
Confirm it to successfully remove the individual appraisal cycle.
