Introduction

Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) play a vital role in helping individuals and organizations stay aligned with their strategic goals.

Whether you are an employee keeping tabs on your targets or a manager reviewing progress, the My OKR/Goal page offers a centralized space to access all your OKRs with options to search and filter them based on multiple criteria.

This tutorial will guide you through the step-by-step process of accessing the page, viewing goal details, searching using keywords, and applying advanced filters to narrow down results efficiently.

Before you begin, make sure you have installed the OKR extension from the uKnowva Extension Store by visiting the extension here.

Step 1: Accessing the My OKR/Goal Page

To access your goals, go to the left-hand side navigation panel and click on the My Performance menu and select the OKR menu from the list of menus.

From the drop-down, select the My OKR/Goal sub-menu. This action will open a new page displaying the list of all OKRs assigned to or created by you.

The page is structured with clear headers such as Goal/Sub Goal, Weightage, Action, Assigned To, Progress, Status, Time Interval, and Due Date.

These headers allow you to quickly identify important details related to each goal in a tabular format.

Step 2: Viewing Goal or Sub-Goal Details

If you wish to view detailed information about a particular goal or sub-goal, simply click on its name from the list.

This will open a pop-up window that displays all associated details in a structured and readable format.

This is particularly useful when you want to understand the objectives, associated tasks, timeline, and assigned personnel for a specific entry without leaving the current page.

Step 3: Searching for a Specific Goal or Sub-Goal

To quickly locate a particular goal or sub-goal, use the search field located above the OKR list.

Enter relevant keywords related to the title or content of the goal, then click on the Search button.

The system will filter and display only those results that match your keyword input, helping you save time and locate information effortlessly.

If you wish to reset the search results and return to the full list, you can simply click on the Reset button.

Step 4: Filtering the OKR List by Additional Criteria

For more refined control over the results displayed, you can apply advanced filters by clicking on the More Filters button.

This will reveal additional filtering options based on Status and Time Interval. Under Status, you can select from options such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, On Hold, Cancelled, Abandoned, In Trouble, Behind Schedule, At Risk, or Archived.

These filters help you zero in on goals at specific stages of progress. Additionally, you can use the Time Interval filter to narrow down results by the goal period.

Once you’ve selected your desired filters, click the Search button to apply them. To remove the filters and view the full OKR list again, just click the Reset button.
