My Applicants – Track,Search, Filter, and Export Applications

The My Applicants page allows recruiters to search, filter, and manage all job applicants assigned to them. This centralized view provides filtering options by qualification, experience, fit score, and more, along with an export feature to download filtered applicant lists.

  1. Go to Recruitment > My Applicants.

Search & Filter Panel

Located at the top of the page, the filter bar allows precise control over the list of visible applicants:

Use calendar to filter candidates applied between specific dates (e.g., 2024-06-01 to 2025-06-30).

Hide Filters: Use this option to collapse the filter bar for a cleaner view.


List View / Pipeline View

Displays the filtered applicants in a structured table or card format including key details like:

  • Candidate Name
  • Job Applied For
  • Application Date
  • Experience
  • Education
  • Fit Score
  • Current Stage (e.g., Interview, Shortlisted, Rejected)

Export

  • After applying filters, click Export to download the list of visible applicants in Excel format (.xlsx).
  • The export includes all key fields like name, email, job title, application status, source, and fit score.
