Steps to Check Current Job Openings
Step 1: Go to the Recruitment menu and select "Current Job Openings" from the left-hand side navigation bar. This will display a list of all active job postings.
Step 2: To learn more about a specific position, click on the job post. This will open the job details page, where you can review essential information such as job title, description, responsibilities, required qualifications, and other relevant details.

1. View Applicants
Description:
Displays the list of all candidates who have applied for the selected job.
Features:
- View candidate name, email, contact, application status, and resume.
- Filter by application status (e.g., Applied, Shortlisted, Rejected, Interviewed).
- View detailed candidate profiles.
- Take actions like shortlist, reject, schedule interview, or move to next stage.
2. Add Candidate
Description:
Manually add a new candidate to the job posting.
Input Fields:
- Candidate Name
- Email & Mobile
- Resume Upload
- Job Role
- Source (Referral, Portal, Walk-in, etc.)
Functionality:
- Candidate gets linked to the job as a new applicant.
- Email/SMS notification can be triggered if configured.
3. Find from Talent Pool
Description:
Allows sourcing suitable candidates from an internal resume database/talent pool.

- Search by keywords, skills, experience, or previous tags.
- Preview and select one or more candidates to assign to a job.
- Avoids duplication and speeds up sourcing.
4. Assign Recruiter
Description:
Allocate a recruiter responsible for managing the job and its candidates.

5. Import Bulk Candidates
Description:
Upload multiple candidates at once using a predefined template (CSV/Excel) for a job.

7. Unpublish Job

Hide a job opening from public/career pages without deleting it.

- Action menu to Unpublish.
- Job moves to “Unpublished” status but retains data.
- Can be republished later.

8. Edit Job Details
- Modify job title, description, location, experience range, job type, salary, etc.
- Set job expiry date and job code.
