2. Never Start Over: Save Drafts & Keep Your Recruitment Progress Intact
No more rework or lost entries! Our new "Save as Draft" option lets recruiters save progress while adding or updating candidate details in the recruitment engine, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
To use this feature, navigate to your uKnowva HRMS instance and locate the Recruitment menu in the side navigation panel. Click on the Talent Pool sub-menu to open the candidate management interface.
From here, click on the "Add Candidate" button at the top of the page. This will open a new form where you can enter candidate details. At the end of the page, you’ll find the "Save as Draft" button, allowing you to save progress and resume later without losing any information.
This means you can pause and resume anytime without the risk of losing information, making the hiring process more convenient and efficient.
3. One Screen, All Insights: Track Offers & Candidates in a Flash!
Gain deeper insights into your hiring pipeline with the new Offer Status Count feature. Now, alongside candidate status-wise counts, recruiters can track offer progress directly on the My Posted Jobs/Dashboard page—eliminating the need to switch between multiple screens. This update ensures quicker decision-making and better tracking of recruitment milestones.
You can find this offer status count in the My Posted Jobs section within the Recruitment menu on the side navigation panel.
Clicking on My Posted Jobs opens a new interface where you will see a table displaying the details of the jobs you have posted.
This table includes essential headers such as Title, Pending for Approval, Rolled Out, Accepted, Rejected by Candidate, Denied by Company, Pre-Onboard Completed, and Onboarded.
With this structured overview, recruiters can instantly track offer statuses without navigating through multiple screens, making the hiring process more efficient and transparent.
4. Export Workflow Files or Attachments in a Single ZIP!
Managing workflow documents just got easier! With the new Export Documents button, users can now download all attached files in one click. The system smartly identifies file-type elements and exports them in a ZIP file, ensuring a smooth and error-free document management experience. Whether your workflow is manually created or built using the drag-and-drop system, retrieving attachments has never been more effortless.
You can find this Export Documents option within the Approvals menu on the side navigation panel. Click on All Approvals sub-menu opens a new interface displaying a table with the details of all pending requests.
Above this table, you will see an Export button. Clicking on it will present two options: Export and Export Documents. The Export option allows you to download the list of pending requests in a file, while the Export Documents option enables you to download all attached files as a ZIP. With this feature, handling workflow attachments becomes faster, more organized, and hassle-free.
5. No More Manual Drafting: AI Generates Perfect Letter & Policy Templates!
Writing official letters, policies, and documents can be time-consuming, but not anymore! Introducing AI-powered letter generation, where a simple click on the "Generate with AI" button will instantly draft structured, professional templates for your use.
To access this feature, navigate to your uKnowva instance and locate the HR Manager menu. Click on the Generate Letters sub-menu for managing letter templates.
From there, click on the + New Template button present at the top-right corner of the page, to create a new letter. Once inside the editor, you will find the "Generate with AI" button, allowing you to instantly generate a structured draft. Simply enter the title of the document, and the system will produce a well-formatted template in seconds.
This feature eliminates manual effort, enhances consistency, and saves valuable time. Additionally, you can click the customize button next to it to edit the auto-generated content to align with your specific needs. Say hello to faster, smarter, and more efficient documentation!
6. End Candidate Ghosting: Secure Talent with OfferX!
We’re thrilled to introduce OfferX, an advanced recruitment tool now listed in the uKnowva Extension Store.
OfferX is designed to reduce candidate ghosting and improve the offer acceptance process with digital offer releases and eSign-enabled acceptances. This ensures a seamless transition from hiring to onboarding, helping you secure top talent with ease.
