This month, we have worked on enhancing existing modules and introducing new features to provide our clients with a better user experience.
1. Enhanced Event Invitations with UI/UX Improvement
This month, we have revamped the event invitation process with significant UI/UX enhancements to make it more user-friendly. Additionally, the calendar invites are now sent automatically via email whenever colleagues are invited to events.
This ensures timely notifications and helps attendees stay organised. These enhancements aim to simplify event management and improve the overall experience for users managing or participating in events.
2. Improved Job Sharing Across Social Media
This month, we have enhanced the job-sharing functionality to include a new sharing option: WhatsApp. Users can now share job postings directly via WhatsApp, in addition to existing options such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
This improvement expands the reach of job postings, enabling quicker and broader dissemination across popular communication platforms. These updates aim to provide greater flexibility and convenience for users while maximizing the visibility of job opportunities.
3. Crowe Listed on the uKnowva Extension Store
We are excited to announce that Crowe is now available on the uKnowva Extension Store. Offering services like education and employment verification, criminal record checks, and credit history reviews, this extension helps businesses reduce fraud risks, make informed hiring decisions, and protect their operations and reputations
4. Excluding Inactive Users from Approval Requests
This month, we have updated the approval workflow to exclude inactive users from being considered as approvers for requests. Previously, the system would include inactive users in the approver list, causing inefficiencies and unnecessary errors.
With this update, only active users will be assigned as approvers, ensuring smoother workflows and eliminating irrelevant data. These changes address a key client concern, improving the reliability of approval processes and making them more practical for real-world use cases.
