This month, we have focused on enhancing existing modules and introducing new ones. features to improve functionality and user experience.

1.  Enhanced eLMS Module with New UI/UX and Advanced Features
This month, the eLMS  has received a significant upgrade with an improved UI/UX and a range of powerful new features. These include time-bound course assignments, mandatory courses linked to PMS, workflows connected to chapters, recurring courses, enhanced alerts and notifications, office training management, quiz improvements, and more. These updates aim to make learning management more intuitive, engaging, and efficient for users.

2. New UI for Daily Updates and Notifications
We have introduced a new and improved user interface for Daily Updates and system notifications. This enhancement ensures users can access important updates and notifications with better visibility and a more streamlined design, improving overall system usability.

3. Self-Configurable API Integration Feature
This month, we have added a new feature enabling users to configure APIs without requiring development efforts. A dedicated configuration page allows users to set up API URLs, tokens, and parameters and schedule automated calls to fetch data into master tables. This update empowers users to streamline API integrations, saving time and resources while ensuring efficient data management.

4. Offer Expiration Feature in Recruitment Engine
The Recruitment Engine now includes an offer expiration feature, allowing organisations to set a time limit for candidates to accept or decline job offers. With configurable options for enabling this feature and specifying expiration days, this enhancement ensures timely decisions and seriousness from the candidates to make a time-bound decision against a proposed offer, saving recruiters and TA specialists time on following up to close the job opening. 

5. Save as Draft Feature for Interview Assessments
A Save as Draft feature has been added to the Interview Assessment module, allowing interviewers to save partially completed assessments. This highly requested enhancement provides flexibility and convenience, ensuring users can complete their evaluations later without having to start the assessment from the beginning.
