This month we have worked upon enhancing existing modules to give our clients better User experience.
1. Enhanced Shift Management for Auto-Filled Attendance and Greater Holiday Flexibility
- This month, we are introducing improvements to the Attendance to enhance user experience and accuracy. Now, if a shift is assigned to an employee, the system will automatically populate the attendance start and end times based on the allocated shift, ensuring seamless data integration. Additionally, we've added the ability to forcefully “remove_holiday” for individual users when necessary, offering more flexibility in attendance management. These updates are designed to streamline processes and provide greater control, making attendance tracking even more efficient for HR teams.
2. Introducing Employee Timeline Feature for Enhanced Profile Insights
- This month, we are excited to introduce the new Employee Timeline feature, now available on the employee profile page. This enhancement allows HR teams to track and overview key events in an employee's timeline. The system will automatically maintain a detailed table of timelines for each user, including updates, new events, milestones, and other activities as occurred or participated in.
3. Attendance Stats Now Available on Calendar for Better Insights
- This month, we are enhancing the Attendance Calendar with a new feature that displays detailed attendance stats directly on the calendar page. Users can now easily view key metrics such as present, absent, late comings, and more at a glance, improving the overall user experience. This update provides a more intuitive and efficient way to track attendance, making it a valuable addition to our product.
4. Automatic Workflow Approval/Rejection Based on Configured Date
- This month, we are introducing a highly requested feature: the ability to automatically approve or reject workflow requests on a specified date. Users can now configure workflows to either approve or reject all pending requests on a particular date through the reminder plugin. This enhancement simplifies workflow management, ensuring timely actions on pending requests without manual intervention, and addresses a key demand from our clients.
5. Reinitiate Rejected Requests in Workflow Forms

This month, we are introducing a new feature that allows users to reinitiate rejected requests in workflow forms. With this enhancement, users can easily resubmit previously rejected requests, providing greater flexibility and convenience in workflow management. To access this feature, navigate to "My Request Status," where you'll find the rejected request. By clicking the "Reinitiate" button, the fields of the rejected request will be auto-populated.
6. LMS UI/UX Enhancements for a Better Learning Experience
- This month, we have made significant UI/UX enhancements to our Learning Management System (LMS). These improvements are part of our ongoing product development efforts to deliver a more intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly learning experience to every learner. The enhanced interface makes navigation smoother and interactions more engaging, helping users get the most out of their learning journeys.
