This month we have worked upon enhancing existing modules to give our clients better User experience.

1. uKnowva Post Wall Access Configuration

• In our latest update, we have enhanced the uKnowva system plugin to enable administrators to configure access permissions for Intranet page status bar options based on user groups. This feature allows organizations to tailor visibility and interaction with content types such as posts, photos, videos, polls, and discussions, ensuring that users see only the most relevant information. By setting group-specific access, companies can improve content management, enhance user engagement, and maintain a more organized and efficient communication flow within their Intranet environment.

2. Update on Leave Deduction Compliance During Notice Period

• In response to user feedback and to ensure consistent application of leave policies, our latest update addresses a critical compliance issue. Previously, when the system automatically deducted leaves through the Late Mark Plugin and Attendance Regularization Plugin, it did not adhere to the policy restricting certain leave types during an employee's notice period. This update corrects that discrepancy, ensuring that automatic leave deductions respect the defined rules for employees in their notice period. This enhancement reinforces our commitment to maintaining fair and consistent HR practices across all software functionalities.

3. Timesheet Input Enhancement

• Our HRMS software has been updated to improve the user experience by allowing timesheets to be recorded in either decimal or time format. Users can now choose to input their time in hours and minutes, rather than solely in decimal format. This update caters to client requests and enhances flexibility by providing a configuration option in the Timesheet App. Users can select their preferred input method, with separate fields available for hours and minutes when using the time format.
  
  

4. KRA Pop-Ups

• In the latest update to our HRMS software, we have significantly enhanced the user interface and user experience of the Import Pop-ups across the entire Performance Management System (PMS) Module. This improvement ensures a more intuitive and seamless interaction for users. Additionally, we have refined the import KRA (Key Result Areas) and Rating feature, enhancing its functionality to streamline the process of importing performance data. These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to delivering a superior and efficient HR management experience for our clients.
