This month we have added AI capabilities to our list of features. We had these as a part of our road map for a while now and are happy to announce these features are finally live. Apart from these we have made enhancements to other modules like employee database management, Recruitment management, PMS to name a few.

1. Road Map Feature Release

• We have a new feature which enable you to define designations and details therein using AI capabilities known as AI Suggest

• AI Chatbot introduced on uKnowva website to facilitate client enquiry solving

 2. Employee profile and user management

• Custom field values import option created for Admin
• We have a new configuration to configure the profile fields which is needed to be displayed on profile page header section
• New feature of Profile History tab is created on the profile page which will show the list of all data updates history, this will be visible to user, admin and his managers with filters like from-to dates, profile field, etc.

3. Recruitment

• Option to add designation if it doesn't exist while posting a job
• We now have a configuration in recruitment engine to allow or disallow duplicate application for the same position for a set time period
• We now have a delete button against single and multiple attachment in Pre joining and KYC pages

4. PMS

• PMS Reviewer can now be set in user's profile who will be able to see their team members and rate them
• Our PMS module now has an import rating feature so that ratings of users and managers can be directly imported post roll out of appraisal
• 180/360-degree PMS evaluation is now a part of the core PMS configuration

5. Other updates

• New system optimizer plugin created
• While defining a workflow and setting up approval matrix you now have an option to add additional fields

• We now have integration with Smart Office Biometric system which can be found in our extension store as a free extension

• We have a new feature that allows for reports to be exported in PDF form in the reporting engine
