This month we have made many enhancements to our recruitment module. We have also added a few new features to enhance the usability of our uKnowva HRMS
- Recruitment
a. We have new CV parsing feature in recruitment engine
b. We now have auto generation of Teams link while scheduling interviews as well
c. You can now display selected profile fields of candidate on the My Applicants page
d. Offer status(es) are now configurable
e. You can now allow multiple recruiters against a job
f. The system can also send additional letter templates to candidates along with offer letter
- Leave and attendance
a. While importing leaves/attendance from Import P & A we now have a provision for import of half day leaves too
b. The system can now block attendance/leave regularization after X days of payroll cycle
- Overall
a. We now have additional Resignation Status for not to be disabled employees
b. UI of homepage/landing page improved
c. There is now a provision to set user's statutory bonus automatically as per user's state and skill category
d. Reporting tool enhanced to
i. support JSON parsing
ii. export serialize data in one to many rows
