We’ve introduced OCR (Optical Character Recognition) support within Profile Fields, allowing the system to automatically extract information from uploaded documents such as Aadhaar Cards, PAN Cards, Voter IDs, and other identity documents.
Administrators can enable OCR while configuring Profile Fields, after which the system automatically captures relevant details whenever a document is uploaded. This reduces manual entry, improves data accuracy, and speeds up information capture across the platform.
Since Profile Fields are widely used for both employee and candidate records, this enhancement adds significant value to onboarding, pre-joining formalities, KYC verification, and profile management, creating a faster, smoother, and more reliable user experience.
