Employee codes help in uniquely identifying employees within the organization, ensuring seamless payroll processing, reporting, and data management.
uKnowva HRMS provides a structured way to manage employee code series, allowing users to search employee code series efficiently.
To begin searching and viewing existing employee code series, you need to first access the Employee Code Series section.
Navigate to the side navigation panel and click on the "HR" menu.
From the available options, select the "Masters" sub-menu, which will expand to reveal additional settings.
Click on "Employee Code Series" to open the interface where you can view and manage employee codes.
At the top of the screen, there is a search field where you can enter keywords to locate a specific employee code series.
Next to it, you will find the "Search" button to filter results based on the entered criteria and the "Reset" button to clear the search and restore the complete list.
Below this section, the list of existing employee code series is displayed with columns such as Name, Action, Nextval, Code Series Position, and Employee Code Length.
To view the details of a specific employee code series, locate the series in the list and click on the eye icon under the "Action" column.
This will open a detailed view of the series.
You can also print it by clicking on the Print button.
