Step 1: Navigate to the Department Management Page
Start by logging into your uKnowva HRMS platform and navigating to the Department page.

This opens the Department Management interface, where you can see a complete list of your organisation’s existing departments displayed under headers such as Department Name, Department Code, Published, and Action.
Step 2: Begin the Import Process
To import departments in bulk, click on the Import button located above the department list.
This action opens a pop-up titled Import Departments, where the system allows you to upload a file containing your department data in CSV format.
Before uploading your file, you must ensure that your data is correctly formatted. To help with this, click on the Download CSV Import Template File link provided in the pop-up.
