Deleting single or multiple departments in uKnowva HRMS

Deleting departments is necessary when organizations undergo restructuring or eliminate outdated teams. 

HR leaders and admins can remove single or multiple departments to keep their uKnowva HRMS system clean and up-to-date. This action prevents confusion, ensures accurate reporting, and maintains clarity in organizational structure.

To delete multiple departments at once, select the checkboxes next to the relevant department names in the list and click on the bin icon at the top-right corner of the screen. 

If you wish to delete a specific department, click on the bin icon under the "Action" column to remove it from the system.
