This article explains how to import cost centers in bulk into uKnowva HRMS, saving time and effort when setting up or updating financial structures. 

Bulk importing is ideal for organizations with large or complex cost hierarchies, enabling quick implementation and reducing manual errors. This feature streamlines onboarding and ensures consistency in financial data management.

If you need to bulk import cost center details, click on the "Import" button, which opens a pop-up titled "Import Cost Centers." 

Here, you can bulk upload data using a .CSV file. 

The system provides a downloadable template file to ensure that your data is structured correctly before uploading. To access that file click on the Download CV Import Template File. 

Then, templatize your CSV file with updated information on the cost centers.

After that, click on Choose Your File or the Browse button. This opens the prompt to select the same file from your system. 

Then to begin uploading the same file, click on the "Upload File" button.
