Step 1: Viewing Shift Allocation Details
From the left-hand side navigation panel, click on the HR Manager menu and then select the Shift Allocation sub-menu.
This action will open the Shift Allocation List, where all the current shift entries for employees are displayed.
If you wish to view the full details of any specific shift allocation, locate that particular entry in the list and click on the Eye icon under the Action column.
A new window will appear, displaying all relevant details for the selected shift allocation, including Employee Name, Shift Type, etc.
Once you have finished reviewing the details, click the x button at the top right corner of this window to return to the Shift Allocation List.
Step 2: Searching for Specific Shift Allocation Entries
To streamline the process of finding particular entries within the Shift Allocation List, use the search and filter functionality.
From the same Shift Allocation interface, locate the Funnel icon placed next to the Export button at the top-right corner of the page.
Clicking on this icon will expand a set of filtering options.
You can filter the list by various criteria, such as Employee Name, Shift Type, or Date. Enter the relevant information in the provided fields.
After entering your filter criteria, click the Search button to update the list based on your selections.
The page will refresh, displaying only the shift allocations that match your filter criteria.
If you wish to reset the filter and view all shift allocations again, click the Reset button next to the filter options.
