Editing existing shift allocation entry details in uKnowva HRMS

Editing shift entries is essential for HRs to adapt to changing workforce needs and correct errors promptly. 

It ensures flexibility and accuracy in shift management, keeping schedules aligned with operational requirements.

To edit an existing shift allocation entry, locate the shift allocation entry you wish to edit in the list. Click the Pen icon under the action column for that entry.

A new form will open, filled with the current details of the shift allocation, including Employee Name, Shift Type, Start Time, End Time, and Date.

Make the necessary changes to the fields as required. After updating the details, review the information for accuracy.

Once you have made all the changes, click the Save button to apply the updates. If you wish to discard the changes, click the Cancel button to return to the Shift Allocation List without saving.
