Editing existing leave rules in uKnowva HRMS

Managing leave policies effectively is crucial for maintaining a balanced workforce. 

uKnowva HRMS allows administrators to edit existing leave rules to adapt to changing organizational needs. 

Whether it’s adjusting carry-forward limits, or modifying leave types, the platform ensures seamless customization. This flexibility helps organizations stay compliant and employee-friendly while streamlining leave management processes.

If you need to modify an existing leave type, locate it in the list and click on the "Pen" icon in the "Action" column. 

This will open a pop-up where you can update the leave details. 

Once the necessary changes are made, click the "Save" button to update the leave type or "Cancel" to discard the changes.
