How To Reply to a Knowledge Post in uKnowva HRMS

In uKnowva HRMS, engaging with knowledge posts by replying to them allows you to contribute valuable insights, ask questions, and enhance the collaborative knowledge-sharing culture within your organisation. 

Whether you're responding to a helpful guide, adding information, or clarifying a topic, replying to a post is simple and straightforward.

This guide walks you through the steps of finding and replying to a knowledge post, so you can participate in discussions and share your thoughts easily.

Steps to Reply to a Knowledge Post

1.  Log in to Your Account

Access your uKnowva HRMS account by logging in.

2. Locate the Knowledge Post

On the homepage, click on the "i"icon in the top navigation bar to open a drop-down menu.

From the menu, select Recent Topics or Index to locate the knowledge post you want to reply to.

3. Open the Post

After finding the relevant post, click on it to open the post page.

4. Click on Reply

As shown in the screenshot, there is a Reply Topic button at the top of the page. Click on it to start your response.

5. Compose and Submit Your Reply

A new page will open with a text box. Add your reply, and then click on the Submit button to post your response. Otherwise, click Cancel to abort the submission. 

Feel free to engage with posts and share your thoughts. Your input can contribute to collective knowledge within the organisation.
