How To Send a Personal Message in uKnowva HRMS

Sending personal messages in uKnowva HRMS allows for direct and convenient communication with colleagues, making collaboration more efficient. Follow these steps to send a message to another user within the platform.

Steps to Send a Personal Message

1. Login to Your uKnowva HRMS Account
Start by logging into your uKnowva HRMS account using your registered user ID/Password.

2. Find the User to Send a Personal Message to

  • Using the Search Bar: On the homepage, locate the search bar at the top. Simply type in the user’s name to locate them directly.

  • Using the Directory: Alternatively, click on the People icon (similar to a group of people). This will open a drop-down menu. Select Directory from the options, then browse or search within the directory to find the user.


Once you’ve located the user, click on their name to open their profile page.

3. Locate the Send Message Button

On the user’s profile page, find the Send Message button at the right corner of their page. Click on it to open a message window where you can type and send your personal message.

 

4. Compose Your Message

In the pop-up message window, you’ll see the recipient’s name in the To field. Enter a Subject and your Message,  then click Send to proceed or Cancel to abort the action of sending a message.

By following these steps, you can easily send direct messages to other users within uKnowva HRMS, enhancing your communication and collaboration experience.
