In the uKnowva performance module, setting KRAs (Key Responsibility Areas) for your team members is essential for establishing clear objectives and performance metrics. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you set up KRAs for your team:
Step 1:On the left-hand-side menu, go to My Performance and then click on Set KRA for my team.
Step 2:Choose the team member you want to set KRAs for. After selecting the user, click on the Set KRA button next to their name.
Step 3: To save time, you can set KRAs for multiple team members simultaneously using the import feature. Here’s how:
- Click on the Import button, and you’ll see two options:
- Import KRA using Template: Select this option to import KRAs in bulk using predefined KRA templates, making it easier to apply standardized KRAs across multiple users.
- Import Users KRA: Choose this option to set KRAs for users in bulk by directly importing individual line items without using templates.
Step 4:If you want to use a predefined KRA template for the selected user, select a template from the drop-down under the user’s name

Step 4:Alternatively, if you prefer to create custom KRAs, enter details manually in the fields provided:
NOTE : Make sure weightage for KRA and competencies should be 100 % mandatory.
Step 5: Once you’ve entered all necessary information, click on the Submit button to save the KRAs for the selected user.
Step 6: Select the employees and then click on "Set KRA" in bulk.
On the Employee Side
Step 1: Employees can view their assigned KRAs by navigating to My KRA.
Step 2: The KRAs and competencies set by their reporting manager will be visible on this page.
Step 3: The employee can then click on Accept to confirm the assigned KRAs and competencies. If any changes are needed, they can click on Recommend a Change to request modifications.
Step 4: Once the KRA is accepted, check to ensure that the status has been updated accordingly.
