Purpose:

The LOP (Loss of Pay) Reversal Report documents any reversals of loss of pay deductions, ensuring accurate payroll records when corrections to pay deductions are made.

What do we get:
Columns such as Username will inherit from the Users_Master data source, ensuring that all fields in the Users_Master data are also part of this data source, thereby maintaining consistency and accuracy across employee records. . The following columns have been added to provide clarity on leave adjustments:

Leave From The start date of the leave period that is being reversed, allowing for precise tracking of attendance.
Leave To The end date of the leave period being reversed, providing a complete view of the leave duration.
Attendance From The starting date for attendance records that corresponds with the leave period, essential for payroll calculations.
Attendance To The ending date for attendance records relevant to the leave, ensuring all records are aligned.
Reversal Count The number of times the leave record has been reversed, offering insight into patterns of leave management.
Created On The date when the reversal entry was created, providing a timeline for auditing purposes.
