Purpose:
The All Extensions report provides a comprehensive overview of all extensions used within the system, helping HR and IT teams manage and track the status, usage, and updates of various software extensions.

What do we get:
The following columns have been added to enhance the understanding of extensions:

Extension Id A unique identifier for each extension, facilitating easy tracking and management.
Type Specifies the type of extension (e.g., plugin, module) to categorize extensions effectively.
Element Refers to the specific element or feature associated with the extension.
Folder Indicates the directory where the extension files are stored, aiding in organization.
Client Id Identifies the client associated with the extension, allowing for client-specific management.
Enabled Indicates whether the extension is currently enabled or disabled, providing quick status updates.
