Purpose:
The UWVD Ticket Graph Report visually represents ticket submissions and resolutions over time, aiding in the assessment of support team performance and workload management
What do we get:
The following columns are included in this report:
Fields | Descriptions |

Open Ticket | The total number of tickets that are currently open. |
