FieldsDescriptions
Ticket Date The date on which the ticket was opened.
Open Ticket The total number of tickets that are currently open.
Close Ticket The total number of tickets that have been closed.
Overdue Ticket The number of tickets that have not been resolved by their due date.
Answered Ticket The total number of tickets that have received a response.
Filter Date The date range used to filter the report data.
