This guide explains the step-by-step process for Reporting Managers, HR SPOCs, and HR Admins to view and download attendance reports of their respective teams using the uKnowva HRMS system.
Step 1: Log in to your uKnowva Account
- Visit the uKnowva portal.
- Enter your credentials to log in.
Step 2: Navigate to Team Attendance
- From the left-hand menu, go to:
My Team > My Team’s Attendance
Step 3: View Attendance Based on Your Role
Here, Monthly attendance will be visible you can use < > button / Month filter to check details , The data you can view will depend on your role:
- Reporting Manager:
You can view the attendance details of all your direct and indirect team members. - HR SPOC:
You can view attendance for your allocated region or team. - HR Admin:
You can access attendance data for the entire organization.
· P indicates Present, A: Absent, WOF: Weekly off , OT: Employee worked (P) on week off, HD:Holiday.
Step 4: Export the Attendance Report
- On the My Team’s Attendance page, locate the Export button.
- Click on Export to download the data in Excel format (.xlsx).
- Check the required sub-sheet data.
