This guide will walk you through the steps to access and download your team’s attendance report quickly and accurately.
Step 1: Access the Team Menu
From the side navigation panel, locate and click on the Team menu. Once you click on it, a list of sub-menus will appear, giving you various options related to team management.
From the list of sub-menus, click on Attendance Report. This will open a page displaying the attendance records for your team members.
The table will include the Name column, an Action column, and several columns labeled with dates (such as 01, 02, 03, etc.).
Each date column will show your team members’ attendance status for that day, such as P (Present), A (Absent), LWP (Leave Without Pay), or WOF (Weekly Off).
Step 2: Download the Attendance Report
To download the attendance report, locate the Export button positioned above the list of records.
Click on this button, and the system will generate and download the report file to your device in the set format.
This file will include all the displayed data, giving you a complete record of your team’s attendance for the selected period.
