Step 1: Accessing the Resignation Review Interface

To review a resignation, navigate to the Resignation menu from the side navigation panel and click on the My Team’s Resignation sub-menu.

This will open a list of employees who have submitted their resignations, displayed under key headers such as Name, Action, Employee Code, Date of Joining, Designation, Resigned On, Last Working Date, and Status.

This structured view provides essential details at a glance, making it easier to track pending resignations.

Step 2: Find the Employee’s Resignation Details

You can manually scroll through the list to locate the employee whose resignation details you want to review.

Alternatively, you can use the search field above the list to quickly find specific employees. The system also allows you to filter the list based on keywords or resignation status by selecting the appropriate status from the drop-down menu.

Once the filters are set, clicking the Search button will refine the results, while clicking Reset will remove the filters and display the complete list again.

For a more detailed search, clicking on the More Filters button provides additional filtering options, including Reason, Designation, From and To Dates, User Status, and more.

After selecting the necessary filters, clicking the Search button updates the list accordingly.

Step 3: Reviewing Resignation Details

Once you have located the employee’s record, navigate to the Action column and click the Eye button.

This action opens a new interface displaying the resignation details in greater depth, including the resignation submission date, last working day, and other essential information.

This interface allows managers and HR personnel to thoroughly review an employee’s resignation and take any necessary actions.

Step 4: Checking Exit Clearance and Exit Interview Details

In addition to reviewing basic resignation details, you can also examine the status of the Exit Clearance Department by clicking on the View button next to the department’s name.

This feature provides insights into clearances from different departments, such as IT, Finance, and Administration, ensuring that the employee has completed all formalities before their departure.

You can also review the Exit Interview details in the same interface to gain insights into the employee’s feedback and reasons for leaving. Click on the View Exit Interview button, and a new interface will open, displaying the details.
