Step 1: Accessing the Edit Achievement Page

To begin, navigate to the left side navigation panel of your uKnowva HRMS dashboard and click on the Data Driven PMS Systems menu. From the list of sub-menus, select the Edit Achievement option.

This action will open the Edit Achievement page, which serves as a central hub for managing employee scores across appraisal cycles and templates.

Step 2: Selecting the Appraisal Cycle and Template

On the Edit Achievement page, you will notice a drop-down menu next to the search bar for Appraisal Cycles.

Select the relevant cycle from this menu to ensure that you are editing scores for the correct period.

Next to it, there is another drop-down for selecting the KRA Template.

Choose the appropriate template that matches the employee group you want to update, and then click the Search button.

The system will display the list of employees assigned to the selected appraisal cycle and template.

Step 3: Filtering and Locating Employees

Once the list of employees is displayed, you can quickly locate a specific employee by entering their name in the search bar and clicking the Search button.

If you wish to refine the results further, click on the More Filters button.

Here, you can filter based on team members, designation, department, and other criteria.

This ensures that you can focus on the exact group of employees whose achievements need to be updated, saving time and improving accuracy.

Step 4: Editing Scores and KPIs

In the employee list, you will see columns for Name, Manager, Designation, Score Card, and individual KPIs.

To update a score, click on the relevant KPI cell for the employee and enter the updated value.

After entering the score, press the Enter key to save the change instantly. Note that the scores will only be updated once they are approved.

This process allows you to modify individual KPIs without affecting other employee data, maintaining precise control over performance records.
