uKnowva HRMS makes this process simple and flexible by allowing you to remove statuses individually or in bulk.
In this article, we will guide you through the detailed steps on how you can delete the OKR statuses.
Step 1: Open the OKR Statuses Page
Before starting, ensure that the OKR extension is already installed and configured in your system.
If you are not sure where to access the OKR Statuses section, please refer to our guide on How to Access OKR Statuses in uKnowva HRMS.
Once you are on the statuses page, you can view and manage the list in a structured table format that includes fields such as Status Title, Description, Action, and Publish status.
From here, you can proceed to remove statuses that are no longer needed.
Step 2: Delete OKR Statuses – Individual or Bulk
If you wish to delete a single OKR status, you can either scroll through the list or use the search field at the top to quickly locate the desired status.
Once found, look for the bin icon under the Action column in the same row.
Click on the bin icon, and an alert message will appear asking for confirmation.
Confirm your choice to permanently delete that specific status from the system.
Alternatively, if you want to delete multiple OKR statuses at once, you can do so using the bulk delete function.
To begin, select the statuses you want to delete by clicking on the checkboxes to the left of each status name.
After selecting the desired entries, locate the bin icon at the top of the list and click on it.
A confirmation alert will pop up, prompting you to approve the deletion.
Once confirmed, all selected statuses will be permanently removed from the list.
