The “My Scheduled Interview” menu allows interviewers and recruiters to easily manage and access interview schedules. It displays upcoming interviews in a calendar view, enabling direct interaction with candidate records, CVs, and interview links.
Path: Left Menu > Recruitment > My Scheduled Interviews
1. Calendar View of Scheduled Interviews
- All interviews are displayed in a monthly/weekly/daily calendar format.
- Each calendar entry represents an interview scheduled with a candidate.
- The entry displays the Candidate Name, Time
2. Click to View Details
- Clicking on any calendar entry opens a pop-up with full interview details:
3. View Resume
- Click on view CV/Resume option available on pop up
- In the details panel, the CV/Resume can be viewed in detail
4. Join Meet Link
- If a video interview is scheduled, a "Join Meet" button appears with the interview link (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.).
- Clicking the link opens the meeting in a new tab.
5. Add Candidate Feedback
- After viewing resume you can see comment section at the right side of the page
- Add your feedback on this page , your comment will be visible across all the interview panel
