Introduction
In today’s competitive hiring environment, organizations must go beyond traditional job posting methods to attract the right talent. Social media platforms like X (Twitter) and Facebook have become powerful channels for reaching a wider and more relevant audience quickly. However, manually posting jobs on each platform can be time-consuming and inefficient.
uKnowva HRMS simplifies this process by allowing you to automatically publish job openings directly to your connected social media accounts. This ensures consistent communication, saves time, and increases visibility for your job postings.
In this article, you will learn how to post a job in uKnowva such that it is automatically shared on your connected social media platforms.
Step 1: Navigate to the Job Posting Page
Before you begin, make sure that your social media integrations are properly configured in uKnowva HRMS.
To enable automatic job posting on X (Twitter), you must first complete the Twitter (X) integration setup. If you haven’t done this yet, you can follow the detailed setup guide here.
Similarly, to enable auto-posting on Facebook, ensure that the Facebook integration is also configured in your system. If it is not already set up, you can refer to this guide.
Once both integrations are successfully configured, you will be able to automatically publish job postings directly from uKnowva HRMS to these platforms without any manual effort.
Begin by logging into your uKnowva HRMS instance and accessing the left-side navigation panel. From here, click on the Recruitment menu and select the Post a Job sub-menu.

This action will open a new page where you can create and configure a new job posting for your organization.

If you need a more detailed understanding of how to create a job post, you can refer to the complete tutorial here.
Step 2: Enter Job Details Across All Sections
Once the job posting page opens, start filling in all the required details step by step. Begin with the Company’s Requirement section, where you define the role, category, and job type.

Move to the Education and Skill Requirement section to specify the qualifications, experience, and skill sets required for the role.

Next, proceed to the Finance section, where you can define financial information relevant to the job.

After that, enter the Job Description and Duties, ensuring that you provide a clear and comprehensive overview of the role to attract suitable candidates.

As you fill in each section, make sure the information is accurate and well-structured, as this same content will also be reflected on your social media job posts.
Step 3: Enable Social Media Auto Posting
After completing the job details, move to the Make Job Visible To section. This section controls where your job posting will be published and who can access it.
Here, select the appropriate options for allowed sources, approvals, and visibility settings based on your organization’s requirements.

Most importantly, you will find options to enable posting on Facebook and Twitter (X). Select one or both platforms depending on where you want your job to be published automatically.

By enabling these options, you are instructing the system to push the job post directly to your connected social media accounts once the job is published.

Step 4: Post the Job and Trigger Auto Publishing
After reviewing all the entered details and ensuring everything is correctly configured, click on the Post Job button.
As soon as you publish the job, uKnowva HRMS will automatically post the same job on the selected platforms.
This automation ensures that your job openings reach a wider audience instantly without requiring any manual intervention.

Conclusion
That’s it!
You’ve now successfully posted a job in uKnowva HRMS with automatic publishing on social media platforms.
By following this process, you ensure that your job openings are consistently shared across platforms like Facebook and Twitter (X), helping you attract more candidates while saving time and effort.
