From the side navigation panel, go to the Recruitment menu and click on the Offer Letters sub-menu.
This action will open a new page that displays the list of all generated offer letters in the system.
Each offer letter is displayed under specific headers such as Candidate Name, Candidate Email, Job Title, Expected DOJ, Source, Offer Letter Status, Created By, and Created On.
The Action column provides access to additional options for managing each offer letter. This page serves as the central place to review and manage all offer letters.
Step 2: Locate the Candidate’s Offer Letter
To find the specific offer letter you want to download, use the search bar located above the list.
Simply enter the candidate’s name, email, or other relevant details to narrow down the results.
Next to the search bar, there is also a drop-down menu where you can filter the list by Offer Letter Status.
For more refined filtering, you can click on the More Filters button, which allows you to specify additional parameters such as Offer Given From, Offer Given To, or selecting a particular Job Title.
Once you have set your search or filter options, click on the Search button to apply them or use the Reset button to clear and refresh the list.
Step 3: Download the Offer Letter
Once you have located the candidate’s offer letter in the list, move to the Action column associated with that record.
Click on the three-dots icon.
It will display a list of available actions. From the options, select “Download Offer Letter.”
The system will then generate and download the candidate’s offer letter to your device.
This ensures that you have a copy of the official document readily available for sharing with the candidate or for your internal record-keeping.
