Alternatively, click on the person icon, then select the Directory option. This will display a list of employees, allowing you to find the correct user.
Step 2: Open the Reset Password Option
Once you have located the user, open their profile and click on the Reset Password option.
A pop-up will appear, displaying fields for User, New Password, and Confirm Password. You can also choose to send an email notification to the user by toggling the Send Email Notification button.
After entering the new password, click the Save button to update the credentials. If you do not wish to proceed with the changes, click Cancel to discard them.
Step 3: Alternative Method Using the User Manager
An alternate way to reset a password is through the User Manager section.
Click on your profile icon, and from the list of options, select uKnowva Configuration.
This will open a panel with multiple configuration options such as App Manager, User Manager, and Plugin Manager.
Click on User Manager, which will display a list of users under headers like Name, Username, Email, User Group, Designation, Last Visited, Enabled, Reset Password, and ID.
Locate the user whose password needs to be reset and click on the Reset Password button under the corresponding column.
A pop-up window will appear, showing fields for User, New Password, and Confirm Password, along with a toggle button to send an email notification.
After updating the new password, click Save to confirm the changes. If you wish to cancel the update, click Cancel to discard the changes.
