uKnowva LMS provides two convenient ways to delete courses—either individually or in bulk. 

This flexibility allows administrators to manage course content efficiently depending on the requirement. 

In this article, we will guide you through the detailed steps to delete courses from the LMS.

Step 1: Locating the Course

The first step is to navigate to the Courses page, which contains the list of all available courses.

Once you are on the Courses page, you will see a table displaying all courses along with their details such as course name, status, category, trainer, and various action options. 

From here, you can proceed to delete the required course.

Step 2: Deleting Courses in Bulk

If you want to delete multiple courses at once, you can use the bulk delete option. 

To do this, check the boxes located on the left-hand side of each course name for the courses you want to remove. 

Once you have selected all the relevant courses, click on the bin icon located above the list. 

The system will display an alert message asking you to confirm the deletion. After confirming, all the selected courses will be removed from the system. 

This method is particularly useful when you need to clean up several courses at the same time.

Step 3: Deleting a Course Individually

If you want to remove a single course, the process is just as simple. 

Locate the course you wish to delete in the list and go to the Action column . There, you will see a bin icon specifically for that course. 

Click on the icon, and an alert will appear asking you to confirm your decision. 

Once you confirm, the selected course will be permanently deleted from the LMS. 

This method ensures that you can manage courses on an individual basis without affecting others.
