After completing the workday, open the Virtual Punch-In section in the uKnowva HRMS mobile application. Since you have already logged in, the Log Out screen will open automatically.
On the Log Out screen, tap Take a Selfie to capture your selfie using the device camera.
Capture a clear selfie by positioning your face within the camera frame. After capturing the selfie, you can review the image before submitting your punch-out. If you want to capture a different image, tap Delete and take a new selfie.
Once you are satisfied with the captured selfie, tap the Punch-Out button. The application will record your punch-out along with the captured selfie and available location information, provided the required permissions are granted and the Selfie Punch-Out feature is enabled for your organization.
Step 5: View Selfie Punch-In and Punch-Out Records
Once an employee has successfully marked attendance using the Selfie Punch-In or Punch-Out feature, the captured selfie is securely stored along with the attendance record.
Users with the necessary permissions, such as HR administrators, managers, or other authorized personnel, can view the captured selfie while reviewing the employee's attendance details. This allows them to verify that the attendance was marked by the employee and provides an additional layer of transparency during attendance verification.
