So, find the Helpdesk menu and go to the open tickets tab.
Click on any open ticket and scroll down.
As you scroll down on the information of this ticket, you will come across several tabs, each designed to help you manage the ticket effectively.
Under the "Post Reply" tab, you can respond to the ticket.
This section includes a Canned Response drop-down to select premade replies, an editor for your message, and an option to attach files.
You can also append a signature and decide whether to close the ticket upon replying by selecting the "Close on Reply" checkbox.
At the end, click on Reset to start drafting a reply once again or click on Cancel to abort the action to post a reply at once.
However, if you’re done drafting a reply, click on the Post Reply button. The receiver shall get an instant message for this ticket to get closed, if you have chosen to do so, or an update in terms of your reply to the query.
