Release Note for uKnowva - January 2026

The January 2026 release introduces focused enhancements designed to improve accuracy, visibility, and efficiency across key HR processes—helping teams work with greater confidence and control.

1. Introducing the Salary Deviation Tab for Clearer Payroll Validation

We’ve introduced a new Salary Deviation tab within the payroll salary generation workflow to help payroll teams instantly identify changes in employee payouts before salaries are finalized.

In addition to reviewing new joiners, exits, extra earnings, deductions, and partially paid days, administrators can now quickly see which employees have experienced an increase or decrease in salary compared to the previous payroll cycle. This makes it easy to validate revisions, catch anomalies, and confirm accuracy at a glance.

With clear visibility into salary variations, payroll teams can process salaries with greater confidence, transparency, and control—reducing errors and ensuring accurate, compliant disbursements every cycle.

2. Presenting the Candidate Login Portal with Enhanced Controls

We’ve enhanced the Candidate Login Portal to give applicants more transparency and control over their job applications—while keeping HR firmly in charge of the hiring process.

Candidates can now delete individual applications directly from the portal, based on the stage they’re in. At the same time, HR teams can define exactly when this action is allowed by configuring stage-wise controls during hiring workflow setup.

Candidates can now delete their entire profile or account from the portal, putting ownership of their data back in their hands.

The result? A recruitment experience that feels open and empowering for candidates, yet structured and compliant for HR—reducing back-and-forth while keeping the process firmly on track.

3. Introducing Alldigi SSO Integration for One-Login, Seamless Access

The Alldigi SSO Integration is now live on the uKnowva HRMS Extension Store, enabling secure, single sign-on access between the Alldigi portal and uKnowva HRMS.

With this integration, users can move between platforms without entering credentials multiple times. The system uses token-based authentication to verify users, ensuring secure access while maintaining a smooth, uninterrupted experience.

This extension not only reduces login friction and speeds up access to HR workflows but also allows organizations to manage user access centrally across both platforms. The result is a unified, secure, and efficient experience for employees and admins alike.
